Powder is very scarce right now and we are all using what we can get. For the kind of loads you want you need to look for WAALite or Alliant ExtraLite. Your shoulder will know right off that it is NOT a low noise/ low recoil round. However, handicap trap shooters shoot them all the time, four boxes in an hour or less. This is also a popular sporting clays load.
