EXO Barrier is, quite simply, the most advanced protective lens coating technology that Bushnell(bushnell engage 4-16×44) has ever created, according to the company. EXO Barrier is a molecular bonding agent that is applied at the conclusion of the coating process to the lens and covers the minute pores in the glass. It produces an extremely slippery coating that repels water, oil, fog, dust and debris – rain, snow, fingerprints and grime will not adhere to the surface as a result of this treatment.

this price range the Engage is much more scope than the cost will have you believe. Glass is right there with $1000+ optics I’ve owned. Glass etched reticle with matching turrets. The only cons I can think of is it’s MOA based and 2nd focal plane, which both are not really cons and more of a preference issue. I love the scope, and highly recommend it.
Gilbert grape –
The glass quality is amazingly good. Appears clearer than another brand of scope I own that cost 3 times as much. Turrets very easy to pop up to adjust. Unscrew top of turrets to reset zero with no tools. Focus from 10 yards to infinity is great for close up shooting. Reticle very fine for precise shooting. Excellent scope for the money.
